Travel Guide - Melia Cottage provides comfortable accommodation for four people. The cottage is on Wangat Wildlife Refuge in the peaceful foothills of the Barrington Tops. It has a one kilometre frontage to Chichester River below Chichester Dam and is adjacent to the State Forest and Barrington Tops National Park.Guests are asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. Blankets and doonas are provided. Bed linen is only provided on special request. Extra guests may be accommodated by prior arrangement. To keep garbage to a minimum, guests are requested to bring fresh food or food/beverages in recyclable or re-useable containers.As Wangat is a Wildlife Refuge, domestic pets are not allowed.Activities include bushwalking and drives to lookouts, waterfalls, majestic eucalypt and rainforest areas.
