Travel Guide - The Providore is a cafe and a produce store located in the heart of Mansfield, just off of Main Street in Highett Street (next door to the Delatite Hotel). The cafe is filled with the aromas of home cooked meals as you walk through the doors. You can either take away a coffee or tea with a savoury or sweet gourmet snack, or eat in and choose from the fresh, seasonal menu. The shop floor is filled with local and internationally sourced produce, Calender cheeses, freshly baked breads, homemade cookies, jams and chutneys, Ben and Jerry Ice cream, Istra meats and Italian Proscuitto, seasonal fruit and veggies; all the essential kitchen ingredients to help you create memorable meals for friends and family.
