Forestvale Design Centre - Gallery and Cafe

Travel Guide - The Forestvale Design Centre is situated on 300 acres of beautiful covenanted forest and grazing land. The views are stunning and the fresh air is sweet and crisp. We have vegetable gardens and a blueberry and fruit tree orchard. We have a gallery, a full wood working shop, naturally lit spaces for painting and a large shed for the boat building and wood working activities. Our property has an abundance of wildlife and is a bird watchers paradise. Endangered species such as the forty spotted pardalote, swift parrot and white goshawk are all present. We also have a resident white wallaby and deer are seen occasionally passing through. Our Bumper Bar Cafe is fully licensed and offers all day breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, delicious lunches, blueberry desserts, panoramic views, a large sunny deck, wood fire and is surrounded by an abundance of beautiful birdlife and eucalypt forest. Our Gallery features an eclectic range of artworks, Bruny Island's only custom picture framing service and a unique collection of gifts including local and international crafts.
