Coco is where you’ll find intriguing chocolate infusions such as chilli, cinnamon and vanilla, all of which are produced from their own Sydney kitchen at Middle Head. Rebecca is one of the few chocolatiers who still tempers her chocolate by hand and if you’d like to test your chocolate making skills, she also runs the Sydney Chocolate School.
