In the museum see displays on Burke and Wills, Mary Kathleen Mine, Ernest Henry (founder of Cloncurry and the great mineral wealth of the district). See the collection of memorabilia on Cloncurry and district and one of Australia's most comprehensive gem and mineral collections. In the outdoor museum see displays of mining and pastoral machinery, including traction engines, and a unique 1940s Ford rail ambulance. Sit and relax in the shaded parklands, enjoy a barbecue, or let the kids stretch their legs in the playground.
