Adelaide Health Care was commenced by an independent association of five general practitioners to provide high quality health service to people who live, work or study in the city or nearby suburbs. Since 2003 we have participated as an accredited training practice for Registrars under the Adelaide to Outback General Practice Training Program. These Registrars are qualified doctors who have completed their hospital based training and are training in the speciality of General Practice.
The services we provide include:
- General medical care and Immunisation for children and adults
- Women's Health Check-ups (e.g. smears, breast examinations, menopause, period problems)
- Men's Health check-ups
- Pregnancy testing and counselling, Pregnancy shared care
- Postnatal care for women and babies, Lactation consultancy (help to get breastfeeding right)
- Children's Health Checks
