Artspace Mackay is located in the Civic Centre Precinct on Gordon Street in Mackay, close to the Mackay Entertainment Centre, Mackay City Library, the Mackay Senior Citizens Centre, Mackay City Council Chambers and Jubilee Park. Artspace Mackay is fully accessible for people with disabilities. A wheelchair is also available to assist infirm visitors if required.
