The accommodation is located one kilometre from the hospital, 10 minutes from the university and Army base, and a two minute drive from the main shopping area. The semi permanent guesthouse, has six double rooms with shared amenities. The five studio suites are stylish, spacious, private and three open onto a courtyard area. Apartments, there are three, each with two bedrooms and fully self-contained. Each apartment can sleep five and the studios can sleep three guests each.
