Travel Guide - Nirvana Organic Farm offers a diverse collection of cool climate produce including raspberries, currants and gooseberries in summer, to chestnuts in autumn and early winter - available at the farm gate. A large range of jams and preserves are also for sale. Don't forget the hot roasted chestnuts in Stirling village on autumn weekends!guided by Deb or Quentin features the orchards, wetlands, vegetable gardens, poultry, compost systems, native areas and home garden. Educational farm walks are available for school, clubs and general interest groups and feature the orchards, wetlands, vegetable gardens, poultry, compost systems, native areas and home garden (minimum numbers and cost applies). Study courses are also available at the farm in in subjects such as biodynamics, composting, vegetables and poultry. There is a set program annually of short courses, mainly in spring.
